Thank you for your interest in the roles of Assistant Headteacher - Science and Deputy Head - Student Behaviour and Wellbeing, both at Marshland High School, part of West Norfolk Academies Trust.
It gives me great pleasure, as the founding CEO, to welcome you to the West Norfolk Academies Trust. I am very proud of the journey our Trust has taken, but I will never be complacent about our success. Our children deserve the very best and the Trust must continue to challenge itself and strive to continually improve.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Headteacher - Science who will support the Trust in providing our students with an outstanding education in Science, and provide strong and effective leadership to departmental staff, and a Deputy Head - Student Behaviour and Wellbeing who will develop and ensure the highest quality of student welfare and the highest standards of student behaviour.
